What do you do for your hands?

I remember seeing Dr. Denese's hands during a presentation. Absolutely flawless. If you apply your skinscare to the back of your hand before your face, you'll see that hand looking better than your other (and I am trying to alternate hands but I'm not that coordinated). Do you do anything special for handcare?
