What do you do for migraines?

Perimenopause has really kicked up my migraines! The only success I've had has been the abortive medication Imitrex, but I am currently trying to find a more preventative approach. I have been to numerous dr.'s and have not responded well to Hormone replacement therapy (it actually increased my headaches..) I've heard great things about Migrelief and just purchased my first bottle. I would really appreciate any feedback on whether any of you have tried this or what is working for you! Thank you all so much.
