Tree Hut Marshmallow Lodge Sugar Scrub- this was a limited edition, I didn't care for the scent. Replaced with a Soap and Glory scrub from the stash.

Gave away:

4 Philosophy 6 oz. 3 n 1's

2 32 oz. Caramel Apple 3 n 1's

32 oz. WEN Winter White Forest CC

Used up:

1) a can of sanitizer spray

2) bottle of Josie Maran argan oil.

Wow, another year almost gone.  I used up:  

Garnier leave in conditioner.  I like this a lot, I have purchased this multiple times.  Sometimes I slightly rinse it out, but can use as a total leave in.  Good product.  

Josie Maran .5 oz Argon oil.   I use these if they are in a beauty bag or box, but I typically don’t buy it.  They say so many other cheaper argon oils.  Usually use it up on heels and elbows.  

Loccitane Verbena 2.6 oz tube cooling gel handcream.  This is my absolute favorite hand cream.  It was my last one.  I just bought 4 more at a great price on EBay.  Great for my purse, and will leave one at work.

Hi Everyone!

This week I used up:

Perlier - a 1oz hand lotion.  Replace with another one from my stash.

Naturium - NIacinamide 12% serum.  Replaced with same from stash.

Tossed:

A foundation that was way too dark for me and I just wasn't going to use it or mix it with another.  It was bothering me to see it more than anything else so out it went.

Another year comes to a close - sure does go by fast.  Be safe this weekend and stay warm.

Hi Beauties -

2022 surely went by fast, didn't it?  Remember, as kids, how it seemed to take forever for Christmas to get here? Older people used to say things like, "The older you get, the faster time flies."  I never understood it then but I sure do now,  There are times I wish I could have a few do overs and change some things.  I want more time.  Time when my kids were growing up and the moments I missed out on because of some other dumb interference.  More time with my husband.  I met him when I was barely 17.  More time with special friends and extended family.  All of these because you just never know if your last visit was truly the last.  Sorry for rambling. I've been hearing/reading many death reports this week from friends and extended family and it's caused me to do some thinking.  

Anyway, back to business.....

Here's my list for the week:

Essence Eyelash Primer - had another ready to open

L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick (Prosperous Red) - the color turned out to look hideous on me. Pitched it.

Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation (3N1/Ivory Beige) - had a new one on standby

Tweak’d All Purpose Rescue Cream (big tub) - have a few in my stash but will save them until spring.

Skinn Pep 40 Body Butter - I have more in the stash, but will wait to open a new one until Sunday night, as we are leaving tomorrow and will be gone a couple of nights.

Missha Super Aqua Snail Sleeping Mask - I used it one night, woke up the next morning with redness and an itchy neck.  Returned it.

Mini BBW Hand Sanitizer (Merlot something) - gave it away

I finished a full size Benefit  "Dallas" Blush that I really liked.

I repurchased it in the mini. It was the only size available, seeing that it has been discontinued. It's really mini, and they decided to change the color before it was discontinued. SUX! 

I gifted one of my JM Body Butter duo, in the tube, to my son. 

I also tossed an Amazing Grace roll on parfum that smelled like plain old rubbing alcohol and nothing else!  So disappointed, seeing that this was not old, or even opened. I had a set of AG on AD, which I now stopped, because alcohol is much cheaper to buy if I decide I want to smell like a hospital.

Happy Friday beauties!

I used up: Clinique Smart Clinical multi dimensional age transformer 0.5oz- I don't know if this is supposed to have a scent or not but mine had a very off putting scent. I ended up mixing it in with my body lotion to use it up because the scent was so bad to me. Glad that's gone.

Tossed a mini red lipgloss- I don't usually wear anything red but I wore red for Christmas Eve service at church and thought this matched well. I was totally mortified when I went to the bathroom after the service was over and saw the gloss had bled and feathered all outside of my lip line. I looked like a clown. Lesson learned, no more bright glosses for me. Straight to the trash it went. 

I gifted 2 BBW  lotions to my son's girlfriend, Black Cherry Merlot and Vanilla Bean Noel.

Olay Regenerist in the red jar...about one application left (would be gone, but I was sick this week, not doing usual amounts of skincare)...got new one ready to go.

Some fancy "natural" toothpaste I tried from CVS months ago minus flouride and chemicals, (Dr. something??) Was fine, but very expensive...this medium sized tube was $7 and I only bought it because I had a  30% coupon at the time and actually every brand is way up and overpriced lately. Would I buy it again?....only if I saw a deal. I didn't not like it, but I'm not convinced I need all natural for any substantiated reasons. I just happened, that week, to watch FlavCity on FB give a whole thing on natural vs. standard tp's and I got sucked in. lol. Suddenly that week...I was "ok, so flouride NOT good?!" ....the amount of conflicting info on everything "out there" is actually exhausting. Bottom line...I've gotten through this far with very good, healthy teeth on Colgate...probably going back to that. Done.

That's it for me...no makeup use this week...I'll be lucky when I finally wash my hair again!
