What am I doing wrong????

I love my Wen, HOWEVER, why does my hair feel dirty after I use the product and dry my hair. I have tried warm water, cool water and different hard shower spray and sometimes it is okay, but most of the time my hair feels dirty after it dries. I have tried using a hair dryer and letting it air dry, but it makes no difference. Please help. I have put a discussion on here before, but it was never printed.
