What age range is the TSV appropriate for?

I've watched the presentation only once fully, but never really caught what age range this kit is targeted to. I'm so undecided about this TSV! I'm in my mid-forties and do have some wrinkles that I've certainly earned. A lot of the reviews for the moisturizer are from ladies in their sixties so I'm not sure if the Neuropeptide line is what I need or not.

I have tried a few of his products off and on and didn't really love or hate them (with the exception of the Face Finishing Moisturizer - hated the smell). I'm not opposed to spending the money on this since the value is good. I just don't know if it's right for me. I must say that a good friend of mine started using this line about a year ago. I thought she was crazy to spend that kind of money. However, her skin looks amazing now and I've told her so. She is 52 and I swear it's taken 5 to 7 years off her face since she started. That impressed me enough to consider the TSV, but still not sure if it's the right for me.
