I've been using Wen on and off since January of 2011 and then only Wen since June of 2011. I have bleached highlights and no matter how much I cleanse, use the oils or the remoist, still certain strips of the bleached hair come out frizzy. I have even tried putting some of the oils on after blow drying and also using the finishing treatment and it is still frizzy. Any suggestions or do I just need to let these strips grow out? TIA
