What a set-up caller....

Did anyone hear the caller during the Makeup forever show with jane??? She said she at one time switched to Bare Escentuals, and she said she looked like "halloween, it was so bad"....sorry, but it was obvious that it was a set-up call to bash BE...how tacky....
