OK, I'll admit it - I fell under the Mally spell after thinking there wasn't anything in the TSV I couldn't live without, til I saw how the powder really looked great and thought I'd try it.

I've learned to ask if I have any EZ PAYs better than the 2 offered for that product. Yes, CS said, a Thanksgiving 5-EZ pay. Great! Ordered the TSV with 5 EZ pays.

I didn't know it was offered as an auto-delivery item when I ordered it via phone.

Called in to say Please switch my order to an A-D order. They did, and I've learned to double check by asking point blank if the rest of the A-D shipments would have the same number of EZ Pays.

Was told that if I did the 5 EZ Pays on the first shipment, there'd be ZERO EZ Pays for the rest, not even the 2 EZ Pays that everyone else would get on the A-D orders.

Then I said never mind - I'll not do the A-D, then - just the 1-time shipment on the 5 EZ Pays.

I just checked to see what my account shows and found 3 different amounts.

Each listing (1 active, 2 cancelled) have the same list price of $59.96, but one order shows $6.97 S&H and $4.69 tax =$71.62 total.

Another shows $6.95 S&H and $4.68 tax = $71.59 total.

Third shows $6.95 S&H and $4.69 tax = $71.60 total.

Now I know that few pennies is nearly nothing, BUT it's the fact that a computer should be figuring this, not a person who could make a mistake, and the fact that if this happens on everyone's orders every time, we're talking $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Got the shipment yesterday and the powder (MEDIUM) is extremely dry and icky looking. Might as well be a $2 compact from the dollar store. And the lip gloss is darker than any Mally gloss I've ever seen. Not good look at all on me. The rest of the kit is just so-so. All going back.
