She also liked L'Air de Temps and White Linen when that came out.

Ooh! I remember this! Ir was the first fragrance I ever wore. I bought it at my local family owned pharmacy. I loved this. I am from South Africa, and we saw mostly European fragrances in our stores.

When we were kids, I remember my Dad used to get her Tigress and Woodhue!  Later on, she switched to Windsong and wore this for years.  The last fragrance she wore and this is the one which she loved the best and wore for years, was Red Door.  Every time I smell this, I think of her.  It instantly makes me smile and tear up at the same time!

My mom smelled of Ivory soap & water. Always fresh. I'd give anything to hug her & smell her freshness again.

This is a very good question and a memory finder. My mom wore several fragrances through her life, but the ones I remember mostly is Revlon's Intimate and Max Factor's Hypnotique. She also wore Golden Autumn. In her later years she wore Red Door by Elizabeth Arden and Tresor by Lancome. Oh,, I can't forget the Avon days where she wore Persian Wood and Topaze. I guess I picked up her habits through the years as I too love fragrance, but my likes are a lot more limited now. Chanel No.5. L'air du temps by Nina Ricci and White Shoulders.
