@Sooner   Sounds like you you're off to a good start with your skincare. Many foundations lean towards yellow becaue it cancels out redness. I prefer the yellow tones over theones are too pink. My BB Porcelain is neutral. They do have foundations for oily skin that are matte. @katkat1  recommends one in a tube that is fairly new. Eyeliner: Clinique makes a good liquid eyeliner pen. I would try that first since I'm sure it would be less irritating than some others. If you have diffulty with liners slipping if oily lids, use a eye primer and set the liner with shadow in the same shade. Let me know if you purchase it and if it works for you.
