Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector

What a coincidence!  I just received mine today and it is going back tomorrow.  I bought the lighter shade as I am fair and it did absolutely nothing.  I wanted to test it so I put it on a dark spot I have on my leg.  Not only did it not cover at all but the color was off.  Kind of dark or orangey I can't really describe it but it looked like I had something on my skin, very un-natural looking..  I only put on a drop as it is a very small dark spot.  Very disappointed as it looked so different on TV,
