Wen tea tree oil

There was a thread earlier but I can't find it regarding the Wen oil coming froze. Mine came today off the UPS truck and mine is froze too. Is it alright? I called Chaz's salon and I had to leave a message for them to call me back. I think I had read that it is fine but just wondered.
