I love Alterna. I hate using conditioner, so I've used both the moisturizing Cavier shampoo and the daily Clinical shampoo. The daily Clinical is a little more drying, but nothing as drying as a volume shampoo. I buy for $20 bucks on ebay and it last me about 3 months. I only shampoo every 3 days though.

Have you looked into Pantene's Age Defy? It's an entire line devoted to aging hair.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.
