Wen and safety seals ?

I'm talking to someone on FB that say there gallons had little clear plastic seals and underneath the caps a seal . Anyone else have that on there gallons .? What about the 12 oz replenishing treatment mist anyone have any seals of any kind ? What about on the 3 piece kits and seal . Someone is saying they order wen from qvc and have seals . I have only ever gotten a seal underneath a lid on SAM 32 oz cleanser nothening on my others wen products
