I sooo wanted to believe this!! as I am disappointed (and confused) that the August 2014 Insider did not feature the Wen TSV ...Unfortunately, the August 2013 TSV on Aug 31st WAS in the August 2013 insider(Lori Goldstein on the cover) and not the September 2013 (Dennis Basso with models on the cover).....So can we still hope that despite a similar date in 2014, (Aug 30th) we might still see the tsv in the Sept 2014 issue? I am crossing my fingers. I can not remember the last time the Wen tsv was NOT in the insider... Guess we'll have to wait and see

I can't remember not being able to order a Wen tsv early since I have been an insider. I really hope the tsv is in the September issue. It stresses me out when I have to order it on the tsv day. I guess I'm a little spoiled, lol. I just want to make sure I get the scents I want before they sell out.

Hilary, I always order the Wen TSVs on the day they are presented because I like to push out the following TSV A-D shipments out as far as possible (since the A-D shipment dates are based on your original shipment date). Since I generally am ordering a Core CC which tends to sell out quickly (TT or BGT) I always make sure I am placing my order at midnight ( or 12:01am ET) and I'm always able to get the Core CC I need.

I just order from Chaz's site since it mostly shows up there first. Of course when it comes out on QVC it's kind of anticlimactic because I already tried it so I'm gonna not do that.

I have never been an insider, but since my first Wen purchase over a year ago I have been receiving emails from QVC a couple days before a Wen TSV that allows me to order a couple days early. I hope you get them, too, so you don't have to stress about your formula selling out :-)

It seems that they often have quantity to sell prior to TSV day and then a TSV day supply. Hence, the two order numbers for the same TSV. I don't think they are going to let us early order on this one though at all, so.if you just do a midnight order, you should be fine.
