Wen #13

I purchased the Wen gallon #13 and have half left in the jug put the pump does not work at all. Any suggestions on how to use the rest of the product. You can not pour because it is so thick. Help! Thanks

The pump definitely keeps working past half. If you're pump is broken, you can call and ask for a new one (either qvc or the salon). If it's lower than half and it's past the pump zone, I just buy the regular bottle and refill the gallon because I like the pumping of the gallon better since I'm lazy and it's only one pump that way haha

Is the pump not working at all or does it pump and nothing comes out? If the pump has stopped working, contact Chaz' salon and they will send you a new one.
