Well I Learned an e.l.f. Lesson

[ Edited ]

Don't order from their website (at least not me).  I placed an order on July 9th and on July 10th received a "Your Order Has Shipped"!  I was stoked when I saw it was FedEx.  And downhill it went.  It sat in "shipping label prepared" (or something like that) and finally today I got the actual "it shipped" notification.  Then it went on to say "your estimated delivery date is August 9th"...one full month from the day I ordered!  I could have gotten every product at Target by now!  Good grief!  I guess FedEx uses a slow boat to China, or in this case, Hawaii.  I may drop dead by next month waiting on my new stuff!

Lesson learned.  From now on Target!!! Our brand new one opened yesterday!!!!!!!!

@SurferWife I had the same experience going to the Laura Geller website. It took a month, almost 5 weeks, to receive my order. I thought I would get items quicker than QVC but I was wrong.

We have a new Target in Kauai also. Nice to have options other than WalMart.

@cjm61

We are going to our new Target (Kaneohe) this weekend!  My gosh it took them forever to finish it!  It's closer to us than the other two we usually go to.  I'm sure it will be crazy this weekend, but that's okay.  I'm up for a challenge!

@SurferWife   Almost  EVERY cosmetic item I receive "by mail" has arrived either smashed or leaking.    I also LOVE Target....and they have a pretty good selection of plant-based items, too!     di

I have the same issue with an order from Zolucky- Unfortunately did not realize it was coming from that slow boat from China, and here I still wait weeks later, unable to cancel a remaining item.

That's crazy.  I must be pretty fortunate here in MD because everything I order from anywhere is typically here in a week and in good condition.  WEN seems to be the only one who drags there feet on stuff and charges the highest ship rates 😡

I am having a similar issue with Kaja Beauty.  I placed an order on July 2nd.   A shipping label was created on July 5th but as of today, July 14th, there has been no further  movement.

Amazon has spoiled me for for life. I always check there for everything from beauty to kitchen items to clothing to a vaccum cleaner on Prime Day...they even have all my hair products and DRMTLGY skincare.

Sometimes the prices are lower, but as long as not significantly higher than the products' website , it's always Amazon first.

When I see the words FedEx I cringe. I won't go into it but not only do they usually deliver it to the wrong address, I've even had one that was IN THE WRONG STATE!
