Weird crusty eye question.....

Okay, not sure how to describe this....but some mornings after I put on my boing concealer over BBees sensitive eye cream...and then a shadow primer and then my shadows.....I'll find that moments later my eyes are weepy and everything seems to gather together in my inner top lid and outer corner and it feels sandy and crusty. What the heck is this? What can I do!!??
