Website That Compares Ingredients Between Drugstore & High End Cosmetics...

I think someone here posted a website that compares ingredients in cosmetics. 

 

The site listed ingredients of high end mascara and the same ingredients were in a drugstore (cheap) mascara.

 

It wasn't only mascara comparisons, but other beauty products as well.

 

Does anyone know the website?
