We need a Sephora or Ulta so bad

We don't have anything like either one in the town I work in. We need something like them so bad. I have to drive an hour in any direction to go to one. Do you think I could email both stores and would get a response?

Sephora is on practically every corner where I live. Well, until the pandemic. I seldom go in. Online is works for me.

Yes, I think you could email the stores and both would respond.  I don't think you'd get a response from anyone who could tell you if they are/would consider a store in your town.  Do you ever shop online from either store?  I do 100% of my Sephora shopping online.  I have since 2020.  I keep over 95% of everything I buy.  Sephora offers free returns.  It's a win-win.

Same here. I can probably get to at least 5 Sephoras and 3 Ultas within 30 minutes of my home, but I buy everything online. Easier to browse on the sites and get all the info I need and no parking, waiting on line and rushing.

There's approximately 17,729 pop.  in the town I work in which is WAY bigger than the community I live in. Very rural and small town here. I like to look at what I buy. I want to see shade selection. I want the shopping experience. I don't want to drive an hour to buy makeup. I want to decide I want something and go get it.
As much as I hate shopping at Walmart, if we didn't have one..... I'd miss it. But we have a small mall with room to rent. I think they'd make a killing actually.

I have an Ulta down the block from where I live, literally a 2 minute walk.  Have been in it once!

For me, a prime example is the Hourglass ambient powder mini I bought. I ordered online. I'm not crazy about it as an all over face powder. I prefer my Elf Halo powder. But as a spot highlight under brow, along cheekbone, as a highlight on the center of my eyelids... it's nice. But that's not what I had in mind when I purchased.
Returning by mail isn't convenient for me. Return postage ( no ty) plus our rural PO's all close around here by 3 pm. I'm rarely able to get to one. It could be once in 10-14 days that that could be possible. It's just inconvenient for me. 😔

Small town living is nice; small town shopping can be frustrating.

I didn't know that. Ty . Yes, I bought from Sephora. It's not that I don't like the Ambient; it's just not what I thought it would be. Which is one reason I want a S or U in my town 😉

I haven't worn powder on this dry skin in years. That Elf pink Halo Glow powder amazes me. It gives a beautiful, diffused non powder look that I never thought I'd get to enjoy wearing.....I thought powder was something only younger women could wear.
I love it. I bet your WA pink powder looks beautiful on too.

Is the Elf Halo Glow powder supposed to be a dupe also?❓
