Waterproof Eye Liners

Hi ladies,

I've been using Mally's H2O proof eyeliner pencils. They seem to be pretty good, and go on creamy. But depending on the color I use,some don't seem to be waterproof on me.

Are Tarte's water proof eyeliner pencils better and more waterproof, no matter what color you use? I saw a beautiful plum that I wanted to try.
