I feel really bad about this ... I order a lot from drugstore.com ... I just ordered Tuesday evening & received the box with my order yesterday(Wednesday) afternoon ... the service is GREAT!!!  ... I will miss them!!!!! 😪😩😰

I just received some items from Beauty the other day and wondered why I had stopped ordering from those two sites.  Bummer.

Count me among those bummed out by this news. Walgreens' prices were usually higher than the same merchandise on their other 2 sites and selection was limited.

 I've ordered from both from many, many years. However, to be honest, I haven't ordered from either in quite awhile when I used to order from both rather frequently. I have found that other sites, like Amazon, Jet, etc are now cheaper than drugstore and Beauty.com.

An end of an era.

By the way, I am not fond of Walgreens. Never have been.

I hate that this effects beauty.com.  They carried very hard to find prestige cosmetics and shades-- like my beloved Nars creme blush in "Penny Lane."  

I too hadn't orderd in quite a while.

I read the geekwire article. Well, 400 million dollars down the drain. I'm sure it's just a tax writeoff for Walgreens. Hopefully those Bellevue, WA tech employees can find new  jobs easily.

Because I'm in Canada, I seldom buy beauty products online from U.S. based companies as the red tape involved in shipping to Canada isn't worth the aggravation and stress.

I frequently visit Walgreens when I'm in the U.S. but I haven't bought much there in my last few visits as it's expensive compared to what I buy elsewhere.

I am really disgusted about this!  Drugstore.com is one of the few places on-line that I really love and shop at faithfully.  It was a wonderful place to find stuff and their service was great!!!!
