My barely usedTarte Showstopper Palette fell behind a row of full, heavy inaccessible file cabinets this morning, lost forever. 😢

@grammarqueen

When stuff like that happens, it is such a major disappointment!

@grammarqueen,  It sounds like it happened at work.  If so, can you ask the office mgr if it can be moved?  I would definitely give it a try.

I had something similar happen to me on several occasions. I have a set of extremely heavy dresser drawers in my bedroom that sit about two inches away from the wall on the back side. The baseboard prevents it from me pushing it up flush against the wall so there's a two-inch gap where things have fallen...stuff like jewelry, makeup and some small pieces of clothing. I was getting tired of asking my friend to help move the dresser so that I could retrieve the fallen items. I ended up buying some tubular foam pieces (pipe wrap) and placing it where the gap was. Now there's no more gap!Woman Very Happy

Gasp!

Where there's a will, there's a way.  If it slipped behind the cabinets, can't something like a yardstick slide behind them and free the palette?

I recently dropped a new Mac eyeshadow on the tile floor.  The case opened and the shadow fell out onto the floor.  BOO HOO!  Woman Sad

Can you reach the palette with a yardstick or something?  Drag it out?
