I'm confused about Dimitri's other company-Parthena-sold on HSN in the late 1990's-

He was on HSN-don't remember too much-of all things that he would say it's anhydrous-w/o water..................

So, now if you google Parthena there are 2 people I never heard of and the products are still being sold under that name-

Parthena means virgin in greek.

I recently found two bottles of Parthena exfoliating serum - AHA, aloe vera, vitamin-C ester. It is the stuff in the old blue bottle. It was a three-stage twice daily peel serum. If I looked hard enough, I could probably find the third bottle. The ingredient decks look pretty good - a mix of AHA, oils, green tea extract, hyaluronic acid. His approach to sking care has been the same for at least fifteen years.

I'm so happy to see this because so many of you were saying you were hoping for a deal on the cleansers!

My heart sank when I saw the DermalLift -- MORE stuff to tempt and confuse me! I thought Collagenesis was supposed to address LIFT ~and~ wrinkles! Thought my search could end there. :-(

Re: WHOSE READY FOR SOME SKINN?

Thank you catlover, well for me the 1st one is a pass, the second one will be interesting to hear about but I am not interested in adding or changing up my routine will his Collegenisis products right now. Everything seems to be working fine Smile

Sounds like a fun way to spend a cold snowy weekend Tricolor, with Dimitri, love that cutie!

Re: WHOSE READY FOR SOME SKINN?

I could do without that palette. Colors look garish and I don't care for lip palettes. The products may be great and I will try them as I could use some firming, but that packaging in the blue and hot pink looks so cheap. His packaging was never stellar, but these are really ugly and tacky looking. Wish they looked more tasteful as I also like a product to look nice when I use it. Black and beige would have been nicer for night and day. I also wish he would stop trying to add on makeup to his skincare as it has the opposite effect of making me not want the item. Hate to be forced to buy something I don't want to get something I do. I think it would be better if he reduced the price, and then had those items as a special low priced add on offer if you bought the TTV for those who want it. That's an old palette and he probably had some he couldn't get rid of. I'm not kidding myself that's it's a free gift. It's cost is carefully calculated into the price of the TTV.

Re: WHOSE READY FOR SOME SKINN?

Where is a palette? I didn't see one in either the OP's pics (cleansers) or the DermaLift pics. Maybe they aren't shown here but are included over on Shop. I don't ever buy his cosmetics except for a few eye pencils that came with the first kit I bought. NO reason why other than I have plenty of makeup right now.

What is the Plasma Veil? I read the brief description but am still confused on when or how it is used? Anyone using this and if so, how would you describe it and when do you use it in your makeup routine? Thanks

I still have a bottle and a half of his fragrance, Parthena. I got so many compliments on the scent. The lotion was even better. I think I might open the unopened bottle. It was something, I will tell you.

Re: WHOSE READY FOR SOME SKINN?

I've been waiting for the large bottles of cleansers, but, I doubt I'm going to purchase. I have a full 4 ounce jar of the DermAppeal and I'm really not interested in the other two products. I might be inclined if it were free s&h.

Re: WHOSE READY FOR SOME SKINN?

I know I'm ready!! My budget following the Christmas holiday is still very sensitive to pain, so I hope the prices are good....free S & H would be a definite help.

Re: WHOSE READY FOR SOME SKINN?

Yes, I wish they would give us a break on the shipping. It should be lower on the TTV, and there's no break if you buy additional items either. I also don't like that you don't get your original shipping back if you don't like the products.

I too am confused about all his lines. I wish he would have just put this supposed new technology into his Collagenesis line instead, to be integrated with those treatments. His Deep Wrinkle Protocol is part of the Collagenesis line, so why not this?

I noticed this is not on auto-delivery, is it hidden somewhere ?
