Ugh that's really discouraging. I'm pretty much sold on everything he's presenting, not that I can afford it all!

The shipping issue stinks, as do returns. If you return something and you can mail it yourself for less than $6.99, do so.

I returned two small items in the same box. Had I used the prepaid return label, I would have been out about $14 in return shipping fees for the two items ($6.99 x 2). I paid for it myself and spent about $6 total.

I don't have much experience with ShopHQ so I'm sort of afraid to make the plunge. The last thing I need is another shopping network to give all my money to.

I've never seen such killer deals on kits sold on the other networks like the ones Skinn offers. So if you find you DO like the products, you know Dimitri will be on again in like about a minute offering new kits, and you can try more at a reasonable price. If you don't like them, you're only out one Easy Pay, although their return shipping is kind of harsh.

I've found Skinn products -- like any line -- has hits and misses for me.

Try eBay. I've purchased several things there that were originally grouped in a kit with things I didn't want. Ebay has good prices usually, too.

Yes, for sure, many will sell off unwanted items from kits.

I was finally going to give in and buy the TTV when the ShopHQ site seemed to be crashing. It might have been just a temporary glitch but I couldn't navigate on the site at all and I kept trying. And by that point, I had decided that I just couldn't pass up the Huile Vitale and Hydro Surge so am disappointed. I know I would have liked the body items too and they are easy enough to use up. I go through both body butters and scrubs like they are water due to my very dry skin.

What a bummer! So sorry.. I hope you get through and are still able to buy it. {#emotions_dlg.mad} Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!

I use to buy his products when he was hsn w/Parthena. They were a wonderful company and when he left I bought straight from the business. Then stopped, was so glad I found him on air. I ordered the kit with the four oz jar of the everyday cream, good price, Cant wait to try it, as if I don't try enough.

wackers- do a hard shut down on your computer and resign in. I bet it'll work!! I've had that problem with their website and this remedied it.. I should've told mentioned yesterday or in the previous message.. but it just dawned on me.
