I've been using Wen for about two years now and WAS loving it. Last year I ordered 619 because my hair started to look dry and damaged and thought this might help. I get my haircut every 6 weeks. I do color my hair but my hairdresser doesn't use any bleach product in my hair. The last three visits, she has been asking me, "You still like Wen"? Seeing what my hair has looked like in the past two months and today, after my haircut, I decided to try a sulfate free Argan Oil product. I'm not sure if this will solve the way my hair looks, dry brittle ends, but I'm willing to try something else now since Wen is disappointing me! I hope Chaz sees this and realizes that he is losing customers who would be lifelong customers. Also, I'm sick of the fact that when the product gets to a certain level, no matter how much you whack the bottle to get the pump to work (Wen's suggestion), you have to take pump out and bang the bottle on your palm to get it out. When that begins to hurt, you have no choice but to add water to an item you spent good money on to try to get some return on your investment. Very disappointed.
