WEN TSV

Can anyone explain to me why my TSV has not shipped out yet? I PRE-ordered it two days before it aired. Some people have already received theirs. There is no rhyme or reason to how QVC ships things out. I also ordered the Bethlehme Lights TSV over 10 days ago and I still haven't receieved those. Getting sick of this. Its not like they are offering free shipping, they hardly ever do that. We pay enuf, we should receive it on time. Just venting, but I am annoyed.
