I've already posted this on another thread, but since we are talking about this new product here, I'll re-post it on this thread too.

"Per Wen Dooters about new MI Fig "It smells completely different than traditional Fig. I like both but the new one is sexy to me".

I would not dare to order regular Fig for my hair, but this new one I am totally willing to give a try. Price is right too.

Have you ordered it already? Did you order it on AD as well, just in case , if it is really nice new formula?

I'm thinking of trying Wen again. Haven't used it in a few years and I thought this TSV would be a good time to jump back in. My question is... what are the rice based formulas like? Are they more moisturizing or less so than the regular cc's? I could only use the pomegranate in the regular CC's as everything else was too heavy for me.

I am using the Green Tea Bamboo and I think that it is lighter than the regular CCs if that helps. This new TSV looks interesting and I am ordering it in the fig.

Thanks for your reply! I'm wary of choosing fig because it's the most moisturizing in the regular cc's. Maybe in the rice based formula's there's no difference. I guess I should wait for the presentation.

I ordered the Mandarin Fig. It is listed as an Advanced Purchase. My gray hair likes the moisture that the original Fig provides, so I thought I would try this.

If you already like the Fig you should also like the new Fig formula. I find that Fig is sometimes too much moisture for my hair so I don't use it very often. I am anxious to read some of the reviews since I don't really need anymore cleansing conditioners but if they are mostly positive I may order a small bottle of the new formula so that I can try it.

Thanks to a very kind poster who shared the number, I was able to see it before it went poof. I added the fig TSV to my wish list, but now I'm reconsidering whether it would be better for me to up my old TSV (the one with the SC, VTS and remoist) since that to me was one of my all time faves. It would also be less expensive to up the old order than to get the new one. I wish some of you had gotten it already to describe the scent and performance.

It's tempting, and it's a good value, but I don't think I'll get it. I'm not liking a lot of the newer fragrances--they're too strong for me. I like what the rice based products do for my hair, but not the smells. Since I already have a closet full of Winter Vanilla Mint (and more to arrive on auto-delivery), I think I'll stick to my tried and true for a while.

I told myself I wasn't going to order it but of course I caved and got the new scent even though I don't need anymore Wen.
