I just saw a GF post that has been deleted which mentioned a choice between BGT and a new Mandarin Italian fig. The MIF looked promising as it had honey as one of the first several ingredients. It also included a RTM and styling creme plus 613 CC.

Sounds like a great choice. I hadn't read anything before about Mandarin Italian fig. That sounds like a very interesting scent that I would probably like.

Me too!!! Although I like the scent, the formula seemed to dry my hair out a bit. I still have some because I only use it occasionally mixed in with other cleansers (and even then, not too much) or a little as a leave in with some oil, but I switched to using SHP cc/oil as my leave in. So, I won't be needing a 16oz cleansing conditioner if that is in the TSV.

Too bad as the Mandarin Italian Fig sounds interesting. But I'm sure it will be around. Might want to see reviews on it before trying it anyway.

I have to say that while I am intrigued by the Mandarin Italian Fig, I hope there are more scents offered in the TSV. I was hoping to replenish some of the cores that I am in need of.

Only two formulas to choose from in the March tsv in addition to 613. At least that is what has been mentioned. I would imagine that the new fig formula will be offered as a separate purchase also.

I received an advanced order of the MIF TSV and just used it and this has to be my absolute favorite! My unmanageable hair is like silk and barely needs a straightening. I almost hate to say that I prefer it over 613 and BGT amongst many others, but it is true. I credit part of this to using the mist and included styling creme. Now there's even more hope for my crazy, summer humidity hair!
