SO I guess that absolutely no negative comments concerning WEN even for product delivery are allowed to be published? ANd it wasn't even put in the WEN forum but in the more general Beauty forum. QUite a tough bunch these wenners.

Did I comment to make you feel unimportant or bc you are a newbie? Nope. I did not engage bc both you and the other poster who blame Chaz for your Wen AD issues fit the usual pattern we see - someone suddenly shows up here, it’s only their 1st or 2nd post and has complaints against Chaz/Wen. It’s so annoyingly and predictably common that you learn to not even engage - as I posted. Those wenners who have been here long enough know exactly what I am saying and why I said it. Fyi: Wen AD issues are QVC’s fault, not Chaz’. If you are truly a Wen user and lover then you should go and visit the Wen board.

Sorry to hear this is happening. I have never had a problem with any of my Wen auto deliveries. I purchase multiple TSV's on AD 3 times a year since the WEN TSV started years ago and have never encountered a problem.

I'm on AD for the WEN finishing spray, and the delivery date has been changed four times so far. There must be a problem getting that particular product.

My WEN, including the finishing spray comes right along as scheduled.
I do agree that Chaz should not supply product until Q provides an invoice for it. Would any business person? I know I don't.
