Is anyone familiar with this app or how accurate it is? If you scan a products upc code it’s supposed to tell you the ingredients and if it’s “safe”. I’m asking because I have some “high end” beauty products that are billed as clean beauty but the ingredients say otherwise!

That's going to depend on your (or their) definition of "Clean".  There is no one definition.  Every business gives their own definition of clean.
