Best Buy doesn't have easy pay. This purchase was all about the easy pay.

Toni has stated several times that she has called CS. She reports that CS "doesn't know" or "couldn't tell her" when she called about easy pay and using a debit card. So either she's calling some other CS or she has poor listening skills because she is asking pretty basic CS101 questions. Posters have even cut and pasted info from this website to Toni with the answer she is seeking and yet she continues to ask the same questions over and over because she apparently doesn't believe QVC CS or anyone trying to help her.

The only people she responds to are people complaining about QVC and shipping.

It is, as the thread says, "very bizarre."

Thanks for the replies. I did ask CS about the payment history but the rep said she wasn't sure. Just wondering If any other first time buyers were rejected on their first purchase if it was Easy Pay.

The item already shipped, so can this hold up shipping?
Yes, a guy from the warehouse will run really fast, snatch it off the UPS truck and hold it hostage until a payment is released from your account. Plus you have to promise, cross your heart, that you'll never again place an order with QVC. Our patience is not endless.

Hi, kachina! I wanted to thank you! You really did make me laugh out loud, exactly when I needed cheering up.
