Mine aren't bad, but I'm not a smoker.  I do use a straw sometimes though.I apply my Tretinoin and eye treatments there.   I happened upon a product from Signature Club A where one picture in particular looked pretty good.  The others, sort of ok.  I haven't ordered, but kind of wondered about it.

It's not for everyone but I use a microneedle on mine and that has helped soften them significantly for me. I cannot do injectables b/c of a medical reason. Otherwise I would do that also.

There's nothing topical for that.  It requires a cosmetic medical approach.  Fillers and injections.

Not a miracle worker but I have tried so many and the best of the bunch has been Skinn Pep 40 Baume Riche for lips and lip lines.

I have seen some improvement with my red light mask. Mine are not bad, but I think they are better now than they were before I started about two years ago. I use the CurrentBody face mask.

I also use it on my chest and the backs of my hands. I have seen improvement in skin texture. I am happy with the results and continue to use the device.

It's temporary but it works to shrink the eye puffiness and the number one between my brows.
