I am trying to remember the brand of foundation sold years ago.  There was a woman that did not have a ton of product but always showed 1 or 2 kinds of liquid foundation if I remember correctly.  I do remember that Saks also carried this foundation. And it may have smelled like roses. Does anyone remember?

Could it be Kose? They had a couple of foundations on the Q.

Isn't Kose the company that owns Tarte?

I don't remember any such foundation, sorry.

I remember a lady, classy, dignified, thinking she wore a royal blue dress, but I thought she was on HSN, although it was such a long time ago and I could be mistaken.  Now this is really going to bug me - I hope someone remembers!

It isn't Kose. But yes,  it was a classy lady. I remember there were excellent reviews on this foundation but never ordered.  Now I think it was Bloomingdales and not Saks.  This has been driving me nuts trying to remember.  Thanks for your responses.

Was it Westmore Beauty? I remember a woman selling a beautiful foundation and something about a  Hollywood connection....Haven't seen her on in a long time, and I never tried the foundation, but it looked really nice!

Oh yes, Mirenesse? She was Australian, I think - she invented "tube" mascara.

On HSN, Marilyn Miglin and Adriene Arpel, here, Victoria Jackson, or the line called IL Makiage? There have been so many.I can think of others but wouldn't consider them classy presenters.
