Using WEN with hard water

My sister introduced me to WEN about a month ago, and when started using it when I got home, I just didn't get the same results. It looks like it's because the water at my house is very hard. I'm using the product as directed (okay...maybe not as many pumps as they recommend), and my hair has so much static after I blow it dry...

I want to continue using the product...is anyone else having this problem? If so, what tips to you have to avoid all the static? thanx...
