Do you moisturize before using a TT?

No, the directions on the product says to apply to clean, dry skin.

Yes, I moisturize my feet and any especially dry areas right before. But not the main tanning areas like arms and legs. I do moisturize all over the morning of and tan later that night.

My tan towel day/evening routine is:

1. I exfoliate in the shower in the morning.
2. Moisturize with plain light lotion right after shower.
3. Then that evening before bed I do tanning.
4. First I use the Sluffs wipes to give a clean surface and create the perfect tanning ph (which matters more than one would think).
5. Next, I moisturize my toes and cuticles.
6. Then put on gloves.
7. Then I use the Towels, using a circular motion like scrubbing a car, getting every inch of skin at least twice to avoid white patches
8. Then take off gloves and wipe towels on wrists and backs of hands.
9. Finally, sleep, so I can sleep through the biscuit smell.

i usually apply at night before i go to bed and then wake up with a tan. THEN i moisturize.

Then I use TT or whatever other sunless tanner.

After I have reached my desired shade of bronze, I then moisturize.

No, however I use mine at night early in the evening. I, magically, have a tan by morning.

@sunshine45Yes I used to use tan towels for many years and this is the correct way to use them!

it does on mine......i have a more olive skintone.
