I was stupid enough bought a designer bag on eBay. I have been trying to find the bag for a while since it's a discontinued style. I used "Buy-It-Now" when I saw it was listed on eBay. It was listed as AUTHENTIC and I paid $300 for it. I received it yesterday and had some doubts. I brought it to my local boutique today and confirmed it is a replica. I contacted the seller right away. She told me that she has no money to pay me back. She is sick and staying at home right now. She used the money to pay her bills.
This is what she said on her last email we exchanged. " To be honest with you, it will take me a little while to come up with the money to send. I had planned on selling the bag 'as is' since I thought it was authentic. I had to in order to catch up on some bills I had to pay. I have more due now and next week and that will leave me with barely enough to get me through the week on everything else right now. I've got to try to go back to work tomorrow and will do some calculations on how fast I can issue a refund.
I never experience anything like this before. I asked her to give me her address to sending to bag back. She refused to give me the address.
I don't know what to do now and how I can get my money back.
