~ Urban Decay eyeliners ~

After seeing all of the reports here on these eyeliners I went to Sephora. I have a question. I have brown, highlighted hair, dark brown eyes, fair skin. I usually wear a brownish liner or a dark blue. Many of the ones have "glimmer" in them. Is "glimmer" appropriate for a 66 year old woman to wear? I have always heard it isn't, but I'm wondering what you all think.
