I was just able to switch my BGT order over to auto delivery. You may want to give it a try.

Mine had already shipped too. I went into the order detail, and there was the option to switch it to autodelivery

go into order status, click on view/edit my plan, it should say the order can be changed to auto-delivery, click on this & it will change. if you want future shipments to be bgt, call cs & they will chg future shipments for you. IF YOU WANT TO CHG FROM SINGLE TO AUTO, IT HAS TO BE DONE BY MIDNIGHT.
