I just received the Tarte TSV for January. From the Insider, it looked like the foundation was the loose powder and I was going to pass, but I saw a review that said it was in fact liquid. I really like this set. The CC cream is a stick and it has pink and green color correctors in it. I have a tad bit of redness on the sides of my nose, and this covered it well, though I did still use a touch of Bye Bye Redness to fully conceal. The CC stick goes on smooth and creamy and blends super easy with your fingers. I just put it on, so I can't say how well it will hold my make up in place yet. The liquid foundation is very nice. It's not as heavy as the Amazonian clay foundation in the brown tube, but it is buildable and finishes matte. The bronzer blush is a beautiful, natural color. The compact has shades of pink, green, and brown that you swirl together. You can wear it heavier on your cheeks for a blush and then dust across your forehead for some warmth. The lip gloss (no, it's not a lipsurgence pencil), is a pretty color. It's a sheer cherry. The eyeliner is fantastic. Makes a perfect line that stays put. I'm sure most of us are familiar with Lights, Camera, Lashes, so I won't say much. It's a great mascara, but does dry out quickly. I do wish the brush did a better job of separating lashes.
