@Shelbelle wrote:So, can someone please fill me in on what is special about this serum and why I need it in my arsenal, many thanks. I know it contains a lot of silicone.
@Shelbelle - there are bullet points within the listing details along with presentation video on other listings of the same product that go over all of the benefits. It may have some silicones but it doesn't feel like the occlusive silicones that are in other products. I've used the Youth Creator serum consistently for nearly three years. Recently I almost decided to stop because my routine is getting a little too crowded. When clarity returned I decided to make a different change so I could keep this.
I'm pretty sure the Youth Creator was originally promoted as skin booster, to use a few times a year for a limited amount of time, similar to the Skinn boot camp kits, because it was so expensive. When Skip brought it at a normal serum price but in a bigger bottle, it suddenly became accessible to everyone for daily use. Now I'd never pay $250+ for it or anything else in a bottle, but as an economical, affordable option for a product that my skin likes from a respected brand, I'll stick with it.
What It Does

Thanks, Jean, it says suitable for around eyes, yet there is a seperate eye serum, I had checked that eye serum out but didnt buy, I was not that impressed with its ingredients, so I passed. It has hydrogenated veg oil and coconut oil in it and Dimethicone , I thought a bit too heavy for the eye area. I trust your knowledge, and appreciate it. I did just start the RJ Elixer Cleanser and I do like it.

@Shelbelle - the eye version is a staple for me too. It's not thick, heavy, or oily at all. One small drop split between my ring fingers is all I need for my under eye and lid on both eyes.

I am thinking of trying the TS and would love to hear from those who use this product and what positive results you are seeing. TIA

Sounds like a good one to use on lids. Right now I am using Dr Nassif Peri Orbital Eye Cream on my lids and under my brows, I like it.

@Shelbelle - I use the eye serum also and like it. It's a thin consistency and, like @JeanLouiseFinch, one drop on my ring finger does both eyes. I put it on first, it absorbs quickly, then add eye cream. Think it helps with hydration and my undereyes look pretty good for my 71 years.

@Love4cats - no matter what anyone says, you're better off trying it yourself. My reply to these kinds of use & result questions is always the same. The product part of the team. When one is using multiple products, IMO, it's nearly impossible to identify and attribute specifics to any one product. There are only a few exceptions to that, IMO.

@JeanLouiseFinch Thank you for your response and I totally agree. I was thinking today that I am using so many different products that it is hard to tell what is working. I am using a lot of different peptide serum's and a few different moisterizer's and trying to be more consistent with my skin care routine. Some days my skin looks better than other's and I know there are no miracle products. Thank you again, you make a lot of sense.
