Unpleased with QVC shipping

We'll try this again since monkey parts are off limits!

How is it that under ordinary circumstances, I can put more than one beauty item in cart & save 50% shipping on the second item but not the case tonight with the last 2 beauty OTO's? Put the LG & Philosophy OTO's in my cart & shippiung was over $15 (excluding tax). there aren't too many retailer besides QVC that have the gonads to do this nowadays!

Had a few other words in mind, sparklestar, but I knew they were against community guidelines. Thanks for judging me in my moment of sheer outrage.{#emotions_dlg.glare}{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
