@JudyL I recently purchased Kylie Skin eye cream. It's not runny but stays in place and actually brightens up the eye area where you placed the eye cream. For $20 it is a very nice eye cream. You know how expensive eye creams can be. I am not familiar with the powders but you have to be careful so the power does not age you. I know when you have mature skin you should stay away from finishing powder on the face so they say.

What a bargain! I have crinklies at the top of my cheekbones but none right under my eyes or at the outside corner so since I don't want powder on the crinklies, I keep my IT Bye Bye Pores powder right under the lower lash line. It's just there for a smoother look but mostly to keep mascara and lower liner from transferring. When I lightly dust my face with powder, I keep it off my crinklies too.

I bought some of that recently at WM. So far I've only put it directly under the lower lash line to help with transfer.

It was a real bargain @monicakm. I have dark circles and sometimes when I'm wearing concealer it can start to crease a little after a while. I'm not one of those women who remembers to pat their comcealer every so often to keep it from creasing. In fact I crack up to myself when I see a woman do that.
So I just apply a little bit of the LM undereye powder after concealer to set it. Also, it has a brightening effect, without any shimmer at all.

@lkat wrote:@JudyL I have tried many powders to set my under eye concealer and my favorite is No7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Finishing Powder. It's a pressed powder and I use a small flat topped brush to press it under my eyes after concealer. It does a great job of brightening and also softening the look of any fine lines. It's about $13 at Target or Walgreens.
It also does a nice job on the entire face though I prefer a loose powder for the rest of my face.
@lkat , this is what I use as well and I love it.
