On March 10th I ordered my granddaughter a trio of IT lipsticks. It was supposedly shipped on March 13th. My order status shows that it has been setting in Elkridge, Md since the 13th of March. After 2 calls to customer service, I finally got them to send me another one UPS, not regular mail. The customer service rep. told me that I really needed to wait until Wed. the 26th but she would do me a huge favor and hopes that she won't get into trouble. Honestly!! I stupidly spend an average of $1500.00/month with QVC and she was giving me a hard time over $35.00! I told her that over the last six months I received a sweater size 3X (I'm a large), a dress size 3X that I never ordered, 2 football decals for the wrong team, a G.I.L.I. Purse in Ostrich and I ordered Snake (which was then sold out) and I'm having to beg for stupid lipstick. I'm done. I've been a very loyal and faithful customer, but I've placed my last order. Bye bye QVC.

That's a lot of money. I can't imagine spending that much with QVC. I don't know what I would buy that would add up that much. However, your issue.

Don't feel bad about the wrong items coming. I ordered a Joan Rivers crocheted sweater and today I got a wine colored jacket with tons of gold buttons in the package with the invoice for the sweater. Happens to the best and the worst of us.

Sorry for your troubles. Now, I don't feel so bad. I spend a lot. Not quite that amount but we have three daughters and I send them gifts often - Valentines Day, Easter, birthdays, etc. Dooneys, jewelry, sweaters, tablets, etc. It all adds up, doesn't it. They are spoiled. Q makes shopping easy for mom.

Good golly Miss Molly! That's a lot of money a month. Hey, not judging. I could see how I could easily do same. Anyhow, sorry about all the problems but look at it as a big raise if you're saying it's all over with the Q.

On March 14th I ordered a Hot Pick for WEN. The next day it was presented, and 300 people had ordered. Since I ordered 20 minutes after it came up on the site, I had to be in the first 50-100. It sat in processing til the 18th and then "shipped". It hasn't moved. It's supposed to be here tomorrow. I will be EXTREMELY surprised if it arrives. Today CS said I have to wait til March 31st to see if I get it. Since it is an item that is normally not even produced and they sold 3600 and opened up for a few more sales, I am wondering about the likelihood of getting it at all. Seriously, I was one of the first people to order it! They've lost my order before, but it was on an item they have all the time. This is beyond acceptable!

OK I don't like not having tracking done all the way across the country, but I guess that is the fault of UPS. My order hit Sacramento. I guess I will get it tomorrow. I'm on an iPad so no emoticons but just imagine 'embarrassed face.'

One final comment on my order problems. The only reason I mentioned how much I spend was to point out that QVC doesn't care about their customers no matter how much they spend. I believe if you spend $1500. Or $15.00 everyone should be treated equally. Last evening I received my Nick Chavez hairspray, or so I thought. When I opened my box, instead of 2 bottles of hairspray, there was 1 bottle of some kind of hair gloss. When I called customer service, this is exactly what I was told. "We only place your orders and are not responsible what happens after that." When I asked who was, she said call your local post office. Like I said at the start, UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I guess the USPS packs the orders. As soon as my few straggler items are received, I will NEVER place another order.

If I had so many bad experiences with any retailer, I would just stop doing business with them.

I've been having a number of shipping problems as well and thought it was just me.... I wonder if they are cutting personnel in the shipping department??

I would have called QVC back to speak to someone who has some authority. If you spend that much a month, they should value you as a customer. Obviously, you reached someone who does not know the meaning of customer service. I ordered a product (free shipping) and it took 3 weeks to receive. It left South Carolina & went to Calif. back to IL. I live in IL. South Carolina is closer to IL so why was it sent to Calif? This happened to me on another occasion where it's shipped to Calif. & when you receive free shipping -- strange.
