Ulta website viewing problem. Anyone else?

Well not the Ulta website itself but every time I click on the Current Ad button in the upper right hand corner I get the following message.

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'

Include file not found

/Default.asp, line 27

The include file 'referer.inc' was not found.

This happened yesterday too. I went through Internet Explorer and FireFox and the same thing. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if I am having a problem on my end. Donnaj
