Don't like shopping there.  The customer service is zero and the people who work in mine are arrogant and act as if they don't care about your business.  I would shop at Sephora if we had one.  As well, I bought Lancome mascara at Ulta twice to keep from driving to another city to buy it, and it was dried up as if it had been on the shelves for a long period of time and after you open it, they are not willing to refund your money or allow you to get a new one.

I shop occassionally at Ulta, but only online, we have one a few blocks from my house and a Sephora in the area too.

I've had no problems with my local Ulta  I returned a CurlSmith hair product after just one use and they refunded me.  I never return things, but did this time.  I was more mad at myself for talking myself out of another CS product which turned out to be the one I should've gotten in the first place. They always seem ready to help if I need it.  Usually I don't.

I used to use Lancome mascaras, but when two in a row had the inner part come out with the brush I decided no more.  I don't think it necessarilty affected the product since the inner tube is where the product is.  The outer tube is just for looks.  But, I'm not spending that much on a product just to have the packaging come apart on me.

I did take advantage of this offer.  There was a hair product I really wanted to try and it just dropped this week.  I was actually surprised it said I could pick it up in-store, but I chose to have it shipped since they are having free shipping during their sale.  Thanks @Shelbelle .

Weird.  When I logged onto TCB, the 20% says it's only for your first purchase.  Not sure if that means ever or for this promo.

@Nonametoday  -  Why not just order online to avoid arrogant sales people?  No need to drive to another city too.

I did that once with Dillard's and got old mascara but if I get it at Dillard's and I find at the checkout that it is dried up, they will take it back or refund my money if they don't have a fresh one.

I shop at Ulta both on-line and when I go "into the valley" 35 miles away. I haven't had in-store problems, but have noticed their shipping is getting nearly as slow as QVC! They used to be super fast, not lately!

I go shopping at an ULTA not far from me and have no issues with customer service.  Always enjoy going into the store.  I do buy online quite a bit too but only because it's easy.
