Ulta Scrooges

I went to Ulta today to p/u a few more things. While in line I noticed some very petite, boxed Too Faced e/s primers and thought they'd be great for stocking stuffers and my gym bag. There were about 20 of them on the display. I picked up three. They rang up as a penny and the s/a would not let me buy them. Went running for a manager and explained they were GWP's. So why out on the sales floor? They had run out of robes for the GWP with the $30+ fragrance purchase so I asked if I could just have those instead-Nope.

Then I used my mailed 20% off coupon for the second time. Coupon confiscated at end of transaction. Wait a minute! That coupon is good until the 24th! Nope. Snarky manager very rudely said it was good for one time only. It does not state that anywhere on said coupon. Scrooges, and bad customer service. Guess I should be glad I got to use it twice and that I clipped and saved another 20% off coupon{#emotions_dlg.sneaky}.

Had to vent-thanks.
