UD 24/7 Liner NOT working for me???

I got the travel set from ULTA for 32 bucks....good deal. LOVED the colors....but dear lord this stuff DOES move off by mid-day and even irritates my eyes....It's kind of sticky and gummy by mid-day!?!? Does this happen to anyone else. I think I like my drugstore one better....but the UD colors are great!!
