I sent my beloved old tweezerman tweezers to be sharpened to the address they give.

it took awhile, but they sent me back a tool for white head/pimple extraction instead and no tweezers!

i contacted them and they told me to keep that thing and they sent me a new pair of tweezers and i never did get the old, good ones that i sent them to be sharpened.

they did make it right and i would try sending in another pair but i just won't count on ever seeing that pair again-maybe another pair.
