Ordered it several months ago when the former Ojon guy was on. Bought it for my handicapped mom so she would only have to stand to rinse---and she loves it.

That really stinks! Hope that they can fill your order. I have never had an issue with HSN doing this. One time I did order a product that could not be filled but in a few months it was available.
